had another great stay at that hotel in baku. karat inn exceeded expectations with amazing staff, delicious breakfast, and convenient location near a mall. genuine hospitality and affordable price made it a memorable experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center, 28 Mall and some small restaurants. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of local and international dishes.

There was nothing we didn't like. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

the friendly and accommodating staff provided quick check-in and the option to pay rent at check-out. the room had comfortable bedding which ensured a good night's sleep.

I was disappointed to find that there was no elevator in the building, which was inconvenient when carrying luggage up and down the stairs.

Had an incredible new year's stay at this hotel! The friendly staff went above and beyond to help us with our heavy luggage upon arrival and departure, making our experience so much smoother. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the main attractions and lively areas. Our room was clean and well-decorated, complete with a cozy bed and great wifi connection. The local-style breakfast offered a variety of pastries and fresh products, making each morning a delicious start to the day.

The lack of an elevator was a bit inconvenient, but the helpfulness of the staff made up for it. We also noticed a few mosquitoes in our room, but this was easily solved by keeping the window closed.
